1. Dietary supplements

Evra Vital products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and use only as directed, and don't exceed the stated dose. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are under 18, consult your doctor before use.

Information on our website is general in nature and is not medical advice. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Shipping is free on orders over $300 and on orders that include a 90-Day Supply; otherwise a flat $15 applies. Shipping charges are shown in your cart before you pay.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
We may change prices or products at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

3. Order limits

Each order is limited to a 3-month supply (3 bottles) per product. A 90-Day Supply counts as 3 bottles, and products inside bundles count towards the limit.

4. Subscriptions

Renewal: when you choose a 30-Day or 90-Day Supply, your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged at the subscription price on each billing date (monthly, or every 3 months) until you cancel.
Discounts: subscriptions are 20% off (30-Day Supply) or 30% off (90-Day Supply) the one-time price. If we change a subscription price, we'll tell you before your next billing date.
Managing your subscription: you can skip a delivery, pause, change frequency or quantity, swap product, or cancel anytime from your account. Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to that delivery.
No lock-in: there's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may retry it or pause your subscription until your payment details are updated.

5. Shipping and customs

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days with tracked delivery Australia-wide. Delivery times are estimates. Orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partner and may occasionally be inspected by Australian Border Force; if a parcel is held or seized, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund. 6. Returns and refunds

Our returns policy, including 30-day returns on unopened products, is set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees and rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

9. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Please let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

10. Website content

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Evra Vital or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission. We try to keep product information accurate, but please always read the product label before use.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
