Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Every order ships with tracked delivery Australia-wide, and we'll email your tracking number once it's on the way.
Delivery usually takes an estimated 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; occasional delays can happen during peak periods or customs processing.
- Orders over $300: free tracked shipping
- Orders that include a 90-Day Supply: free tracked shipping
- All other orders: $15 flat-rate tracked shipping
Customs
Orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partner. Very occasionally a parcel may be inspected by Australian Border Force; if a parcel is held or seized we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Melatonin is a prescription medicine in Australia, so Sleep Support With Melatonin is more likely to be inspected or held. The melatonin-free version doesn't contain it.
Order limits
Each order is limited to a 3-month supply per product, which is 3 bottles. A 90-Day Supply counts as 3 bottles, and products inside bundles count towards the limit too. The cart applies this automatically.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns on unopened products, counted from the date of delivery. Email support@evravital.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once the return arrives and is checked, we'll refund to your original payment method.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
