Yes, any time before your next dispatch. Log in to your account and go to My Subscriptions to skip a delivery, pause, change frequency or quantity, swap product, or cancel. There's no lock-in contract, no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

Everything is in your account. Log in and open My Subscriptions to see your next delivery date, then skip a delivery, pause for 1 or 2 months (or until you resume), switch between monthly and every 3 months, change quantity, swap to another formula, or cancel anytime.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery is tracked Australia-wide and usually takes an estimated 7 to 14 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $300 and on any order that includes a 90-Day Supply; otherwise it's a flat $15.

Orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partner. Very occasionally a parcel may be inspected by Australian Border Force; if a parcel is held or seized we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Sleep Support With Melatonin is more likely to be inspected, as melatonin is a prescription medicine in Australia. The melatonin-free version doesn't contain it.

Every bottle is a 30-day supply at the full daily serve. Capsule counts vary by formula, from 60 capsules (2 a day) to 120 capsules (4 a day). Every ingredient and its exact amount is listed on each product page.

Yes. The range is designed to be stacked, and our bundles are the most common combinations, priced about 12% below buying separately.

One exception: Travel Support shares TUDCA, NAC and berberine with Liver Support and Blood Sugar Support, so we don't recommend taking those at full dose at the same time. If you take any medication, check with your doctor before starting a new stack.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send instructions. Opened products can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, but if something's wrong with your order, get in touch and we'll make it right.
